The Starting Point of YumeNova’s “Connecting Hearts through Music”
We are excited to announce the release of the music video for “Kokoro wa Hitotsu-sa,”
the theme song of our “Kokoro wa Hitotsu-sa Project.”
The Story Behind This Song
“Kokoro wa Hitotsu-sa” is actually a special piece that Takuma had been composing
two years before YumeNova officially formed.
It all began with the question,
“Can music truly connect people’s hearts?”
His unshakable conviction—“Yes, it absolutely can!”—
is woven tightly into each note and lyric.
Later, after Takuma teamed up with risa to create the duo YumeNova,
this song became a powerful driving force for both of them.
In many ways, it’s the very “origin” of YumeNova’s musical journey.
Highlights of the Music Video
In this MV, you’ll see the two of them singing while strolling under a bright blue sky.
During the chorus and interludes, we’ve included footage from past live performances
and group sing-alongs with friends—showcasing the sense of fun and togetherness
that so many supporters have already shared with us.
Its Connection to the “Kokoro wa Hitotsu-sa Project”
The Kokoro wa Hitotsu-sa Project aims to bring Asia and Japan closer through music,
fostering friendships that transcend national borders.
Naturally, we chose “Kokoro wa Hitotsu-sa” as our theme song.
Even if words and distances differ,
we believe that when voices merge, our hearts can become one.
As we move through each phase of this project,
we hope to amplify that message more and more.
Looking Ahead
For Phase 1, we’re kicking things off by sharing this two-person version of the MV by YumeNova,
allowing everyone to experience the spirit of the song.
Next, we plan to launch pilot collaborations with other artists and general participants—
expanding into group-chorus MVs and filming sessions across Asia.
“Kokoro wa Hitotsu-sa” will be the central thread tying all of this together,
fueling us with the energy we need to keep moving forward.
Please stay tuned for more updates!

If you feel even a spark of inspiration after watching the MV,
we’d love to hear from you on social media or in the comments.
